-          1st installment amounting at 30% /thirty percent/ with deducted reservation fee payable in fifteen-days-period starting from the date of payment of the reservation tax after signing of preliminary contract for purchase and sell
-     2nd installment amounting at 40% / forty percent/  payable in the period before the 12th month of 2009
-    3rd installment amounting at 30% /thirty percent / after conclusion of the final contract for purchase    and sale of the property in the form of Notary Deed, but not later than 30.07.2010

 VARIANT B
-          1st installment amounting at 30% /thirty percent/ with deducted reservation fee payable in fifteen-days-period starting from the date of payment of the reservation tax after signing of preliminary contract for purchase and sell
-     2nd installment amounting at 30% payable in the period before the 07th month of 2009
-    3rd installment amounting at 30% payable in the period  03rd month of 2010.
-      4th  installment amounting at 10% after conclusion of the final contract for purchase    and sale of the property in the form of Notary Deed, but not later than 30.07.2010

VARIANT C
Discount of 3% from the amount in the following scenario:
- 70% /seventy percent/ after signing of the preliminary contract
- 30% thirty percent / after conclusion before a Notary of Notary Deed

VARIANT D
       Discount of 5% from the amount in the following scenario:
       - 100% /hundred percent / after signing of the preliminary contract
