DreamHome.bg offers its own development project, that spreads on five floors. It is a luxurious residential building located in the quiet and calm Krustova vada area in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. The quarter is between the most prestigious quarters – Lozenets and Dragalevtsi, in immediate vicinity to the Cherni Vruh Blvd, one of the fastest developing areas. Within walking distance are the business and trade buildings, in the southern direction is the quarter of Dragalevtsi and the mountain of Vitosha.
The ski resort of Vitosha has 12 ski tracks at the moment, lifts and a potential for an elite European ski resort. The highest peak – Cherni Vruh - mounts to 2290m. EUR 50-80 millions are planned to be invested in the existing ones and in new facilities and amenities in the ski zones and in the whole complex. The consultants of the projects are from Canada and Austria.
Most of the apartments in the building overlook the mountain, and there everyone can enjoy the clean and fresh air, though just at a distance of 10 minutes’ drive to the city centre and also to the ski lifts. The Sofia South park is the second by size in the city and the most sought after area for every resident and guest. Moreover regarding the city planning here the green areas are really big, and the buildings are fairly low – which gives the benefit of a less crowded and calm location.
The exterior design of the DreamHome’s building is stylish and exquisite, with the most fashionable and contemporary construction materials up to the European building standards.
