Layout
The club is built on a hill, 450 meters from the coastline, in an exclusively quite and calm place. The region is ecologically clean and kept from urbanization. The holiday club has its own micro infrastructure: shopping center, several swimming pools, maintenance of the apartments and the green areas, 24 hours porter and security, also a nursery. All the buildings in the complex are built in the typical Bulgarian Revival style and are with two to four storeys.

Maintenance services are provided by the apartment complex to cover maintenance of the buildings, incl. cleaning public areas, gardening, insurance, security, payrolls of staff etc.
