 This Apartment & SPA Complex is a “closed type” holiday village on the sea shore. It's located on the Black Sea Coast, in Kavarna municipality. 30 km south you can find the biggest and most prestigious resorts on the north coast – Albena, Golden Sands and St. Konstantine & Elena.
 Three golf courses (two of them designed by Gary Player and one by Ian Woosnam) have been built in close proximity. Visitors can use the all year round yacht ports in Kavarna and Balchik
 Two kilometers south from the village you can find Tuzlata area – the richest place of healing mud in Eastern Europe. Varna's international airport is 45km away  - it's working all year round.
 Very near the plot there is a mineral water spring.
 

Layout:

  Two buildings are planned to be developed in which there'll be apartments from 60 to 160 sq.m – half of them are penthouse apartments, conformable to the configuration of the land and the possibility for sea view. Two underground garages for 80 cars are planned – every apartment will has its own parking place. One of the buildings will contain all the facilities need for the habitants and visitors of the village – small restaurant, lobby bar, swimming pool, SPA, mini-market, services office. Small sport center is also planned to be build. The access for people and vehicles will be controlled.
  The buildings  will be build with natural materials. They will be in white colour with sloped tile roof, many terraces, cypresses and panoramic platforms.

Controled access for peoples and vehicles
Cleaning and maintenance of the common parts(stairs, corridors)
Lightnings
Maintenance of the pool
Property management 8 euro/sq.m.
