This plot that consists of 2 smaller ones with total area of 37 000
sq.m is situated on the North Black Sea coast, not far from the 3
newly built golf courses. It has approved Detailed Urban Plan
with following parameters:
- Coefficient of building-up intensity – 1.2
- Intensity of building - 40%
- Maximum height – 10m (three floors + attic floor)
- Possibility for 44 000 sq.m of built-up area
- Minimum distance to roads and neighbours – 5m
It has geological plan, approved urban planning and plan for access
and building infrastructure.
The plot is with ready infrastructure: two borders of the plot are
asphalt roads, it is supplied with electricity (2000W electrical
substation is situated near), 34C mineral water will ensure the
water-supply.
Building of a local station to purge away the sewerge is planned and contract with the Bulgarian Telecommunication Company has been signed for telephone and Internet connection (at this moment the telecommunications
are on the border of the plot).
