The house is located in a village on the Bolkan - 43 km from Varna airport.The property includes 1 stone house (45 m2) and several agricultural buildings - barn, shelter with summer kitchen,garage. The house consists of 3 rooms, bathroom and WC separated from the house.Near the village you can go hunting, hiking or rock climbing, there are also alot of caves in the area.In the village there is a day care, elementary school, post office, doctor, few food shops and a train station(1 km far from the village). Town-folks main occupation is breeding cows and sheep. You get to the village for about half an hour on the Varna-Sofia Highway.
