On the ground floor the accommodation comprises a modern fitted kitchen area and open plan living / dining room with log burning feature fireplace, electric radiator central heating system, and an attractive wooden staircase rises to the first floor accommodation. There are two double bedrooms each with en-suite shower room facility, fitted wardrobes and large connecting terrace. The price of each property includes one car parking space, local security system and Satellite TV connection. A reception desk, gym, sauna will be available.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: The first year of ownership the management fee is provided free of charge by the developer. Thereafter, each chalet will be charged an annual fee of 6€/sq.m. for maintenance of the chalet and the communal areas.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE: 30% on beginning of construction 20% on completion of the first floor level 30% on completion of the second floor level including the chalet roof 20% on completion of the chalet and total site – by the time of this last payment the ownership of the land and the chalet is transferred to the buyer. The VAT is to be paid with each scheduled payment.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION: To reserve your chalet a deposit of 2,000€ is required. A Deposit Contract is signed as a proof of the payment. The chalet is taken off the market. The sum of the deposit is deducted from the final scheduled payment when an Ownership Contract for the purchase is signed with the developer.
INSPECTION VISITS: Inspection visits can be arranged on request.
