The VAT is to be paid with each scheduled payment.

HOW TO RESERVE A CHALET:
To reserve your chalet a deposit of 2,000€ is required. A Deposit Contract is signed as a proof of the payment. The chalet is taken off the market. The sum of the deposit is deducted from the final scheduled payment when an Ownership Contract for the purchase of the chalet is signed with the developer.
