Arrange a viewing trip
An overseas property inspection trip is usually a 4 day trip to view developments and properties to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase.
This helps to take the worry and stress away from buying a property overseas in a region you may not be completely familiar. Prior to your trip a professional from our marketing department will arrange every last detail for you, leaving you to simply sit back and enjoy the experience.
On a typical Inspection Trip you would arrive on a Thursday to be met by one of our representatives at the airport who would take you to your local hotel accommodation. The Friday and Saturday would involve viewing properties that meet your requirements, leaving you free for the evenings to enjoy the local lifestyle.
You would then be taken back to the airport on the Sunday for your return home. In 99% of these trips, our clients have usually found their perfect property by the Saturday morning. |
